DESCRIPTION OF HARVEST AND PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY:
Selected grapes harvested at the initial stage of optimal ripeness. By a fast processing including fermentation at very low temperatures, together with stabilization and cleaning of up to 60 days of harvest, this wine is finalized and poured in bottles in order to preserve its the freshness and original fruit flavors.
OENOLOGIST DESCRIPTION OF THE WINE:
An elegance and ease of drinkability and a lot of basic fruit aromas and flavors are the primary character of each wine in this series. The Rose of the Istrian variety of Borgonja makes one think of fine floral scents (rose, jasmine) while its flavor is reminiscent of strawberries and raspberries.
In gastronomy primarily recommended as lightly refreshing summer wine preferable for the casual stand up gatherings and not necessarily consumed with food. The best for wine cocktails.
