    Chardonnay fermentation on its own yeasts in 225 L Berique , malolactic, ripening on fine sediments for 24 months. Sauvignon fermentation in stainless steel tank, ripening on fine sediments up to 24 months submitted to reduction conditions. After 24 months the wines are blended and set to further ripening in large wooden barrels for 12 months. Filled after completely three years of ripening and aged for another year the barrel.

  • Nagual Grand Cuvee crveni2006

    Upon decantation from coarse sediments after its fermentation, each wine matured process lasted for 24 months with an annual decantation ~ aeration in Slavonia oak 1100 L barrels for additional 12 months of maturation. Another 24 months of maturation in bottles.
